COL Dave Vetter USMC (Ret) was the guest speaker at a dinner hosted by the Western NY Chapter of USNA Alumni Association on February 24, 2000. COL Vetter is Dean of Admissions at the Naval Academy and a member of the class or 1967. In addition to chapter members, Blue and Gold Coordinators and members of the Parents Club attended.
