NOSC Rochester (Navy Reserve Center) needs a count of how many people need tickets to the Navy Ball by this Friday (Sept 25). Payment to follow.

Happy hour is 6pm, dinner 7pm, dress is dinner dress for males/females, or service dress blues, or females can also opt for semiformal civilian wear.

Cost is 50.00 for officers, 40.00 for Chiefs, 25.00 for E6.
